Interviewers can’t travel back and forth to observe the past or future performance of interviewees. Research proves that traditional hiring interviews prove to be most unreliable because of the inherent human bias. Behavioural Interviewing Techniques trains managers in the skills of  behavioural dig to recreate a candidate’s past performance, identify personality patterns and visualize future performance.

 

Performance Simulation

Performance Simulation helps participants assess their current and aspired levels of performance. The workshop is ideal for candidates shortlisted for job/placement/promotion to define and settle realistic performance goals and a development plan to achieve them. The nature and contents of the workshop are planned in consultation with line managers to put together a mutually agreed “Behavioral Competencies Profile,” for a given job and to finalize workshop activities that would simulate real life scenarios encountered in the execution of responsibilities. The workshop also provides employers with enough quantitative and qualitative data to predict a candidates’ effectiveness at a job.

Behavioral competencies are groups of behaviors that people display when they are effective at a given job. In partnership with HR and line managers, and job incumbents, The Behavioural Skills Company assists organizations in identifying behaviors that constitute a competency, and then grouping together competencies required to function effectively on a given job.
